Spelling Correction

  My spelling correction in Day One doesn’t work. I have Grammarly installed, but have excluded Day One. I tried all the suggestions I could find to fix the issue. Nothing has worked. I’m using the latest version of both Day One and Grammarly. My OS is Ventura 13.6.6. This happened very suddenly and am not sure which thing is breaking which thing. Please advise.

  Hi, @atomicinic! To be sure, have you already checked the following?

  • Open Day One > click Edit in the file menu > select Spelling & Grammar (which uses the system settings)

  Did you also just very recently install Grammarly when spelling correction stopped working in Day One? Or was Grammarly working well with Day One before?
