Slash commands in Spanish

    hi support Team, one question…

What are the Spanish versions of the slash commands on MacOS or iOS?
/Today is /Hoy, but what would be the Spanish equivalent of /Today-full?

  • Hello @rblastra,

Slash commands are only in English currently, so if those are something you’d like to use, you would need to use the English terms.

I’d be happy to submit a feature request for slash commands to support other languages on your behalf.

    Hi staff-reid.

Your response is a bit confusing. I’m currently using Day One in Spanish, and when I enter the slash command /hoy (equivalent to /Today) it converts to today’s date. So the slash commands do work in Spanish.
My question is the spanish equivalent of /Today-full, but I thought I’d try the app for macOS (instead of the iPhone), and from there I deduce that the spanish equivalent is /hoy-fecha-completa (a bit long, but it works).

  • Hi @rblastra – You’re right, slash commands can be used in other languages where translations are available. Sorry for the confusion, and glad you figured it out.

If you need to find more, you can check the Spanish translation in our translation project, and filter by the English term to find the Spanish translation.
