Sign in failed (and sync issue, possibly related)

    I’ve been thinking for a month that my phone wasn’t syncing (i try to almost always journal on my laptop). Tonight I tried troubleshooting, and I logged in on the web, which i’d never done before. (Sidebar possibly significant…. I actually hadn’t saved a password anywhere, which is unusual for me, so I did “forgot password” and got to create a new one, and i used it to sign in on the web). On the web, i discovered that my entries in the cloud are the same as my phone app. So apparently it’s my LAPTOP that hasn’t been syncing.

    So then I logged out on my laptop app. And I tried to sign back in, with the new password. And it said “Sign in failed. The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”.

    Any thoughts?
