Shared Journal, Syncing Fails

Syncing fails, only for the new shared journal, it seems.
Two android devices (Google Pixel 7, Android 14, Lenovo Tab M9, Android 13), same error:
“Temporary issue. We are working to resolve the issue. Your data will begin syncing again soon.“Had same error days ago. No shared journal is synced yet.
I know it’s in Beta, but thought you might like to know of the issue.

This issue isn’t unique to the Android app, I’ve been having the same issue on iOS. I’ve reached out to support multiple times on this in the last couple of weeks (specifically with shared journals) and they’ve done absolutely nothing to fix the problem, only told me that it’s only affecting a certain number of users.
This is no longer the service that I originally paid for so I’m in the process of exporting what I can and cancelling my subscription.

Hi there! We just released an update to the app that fixes sync issues. Please watch for the 2024.4 update and install it as soon as you see it become available.

and how about the use of shared journals for the iOS laptop app? the shared journals currently do not show up.
