Shared journal not syncing

I have a premium account. I have setup a shared journal for two other members. I can post and they can post an entry. I can see both of theirs. They cannot see mine or each others. They have an exclamation ! over their id in the top right of the app. When they click it settings come up with an error message. Temporary server issue: We are working to resolve this issue. Your data will begin syncing again soon.
This has been saying this for a couple of days now. It is strange that this error message continues as they can add more entries and edit other entries and it gets synced so I can see it. So obviously it isn’t a sync issue.

Day One had responded to my support question via email. They were very helpful and resolved my issue.
