Set date resets in 1-2 seconds

    DayOne v 2024.23 (1610) on Mac OS X Sequoia 15.1.1

    I have an entry written today but meant for yesterday. I edit the date, either by tapping the date at the top of the entry or by using the Edit menu, changing it to yesterday. It changes to yesterday, but then in 1-2 seconds resets to today.

    Suggestions for a work-around?

    Ok – this is weird.

    I created an entirely new, blank entry. I was able to set the date on that entry. I then copied my old entry to the new one and deleted the old one that kept reseting. Everything is now copacetic.

    I hate problems that go away by themselves, because – more often than not – they come back by themselves.
