i want to edit tags
why want this feature?- because i tag my friends , travel destination and sometimes i need to change and update my tag because i keep many i will lose the track of tags so i just wanted to rename my old tags to manage it
- tagging connects all the dots of day one when i am tagging many times it happens that i get an idea that if i tag a particular name then it would be very much easy to identify a particular thing but because of your restrictions i am not able to update my tag

We do have a way you can rename tags here, https://dayoneapp.com/guides/tips-and-tutorials/renaming-tags/ but I agree, there is room for improvement!
