Recover a deleted journal?

  Hello,

  I deleted a journal named “Journal” because I thought I lost my encryption key. I have however found the key and have been able to recover another encrypted journal successfully but I do not see a way to recover my primary journal. Is there a way to do this? My user ID is User ID: 576158494
