  I’m trying to either reactivate my old account or create a new one with the same Apple ID. Can anyone help me? Please?

  Happy to hear you’ve been able to create a new account.

  In case anyone else runs into this in the future, once an account is deleted by the user, there is a 5-day period before the account is completely purged from the servers. During those 5 days, we can restore the account if you are having second thoughts about the deletion.

  After that 5-day window, the account is permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

  Once deleted, a new account can be created with the same email address or Apple ID.
