When will there be an integration with WordPress.org installations? I have poked around about using the JSON export files but this is way too much work for me. Seems like a great feature. I use DayOne everyday but would like to also post the entries on my private website for family use.

Any motion on this feature request? I’ve looked around a bit at setting up a JSON feed to my personal website. Way too high a learning curve at this point. Seems obvious that if you are now part of Automattic that such an integration would be a natural. I don’t think that you would be loosing users by doing this. The WordPress interface is way too complex, especially on a smartphone, to complete with the ease of use of DayOne

Hi @markorton! Thanks for following up. It is not on our roadmap just yet. We have been gathering requests for this. Since joining Automattic, integration with existing products has been discussed. We are currently unable to provide an ETA on this.

Curious about an update on this!? I would love to see this feature made possible. especially since wordpress and dayone are owned by the same company. I kinda thought that would be an automattic, if you know what I mean 😜.

I’d like this as well, just adding my voice to the mix of folks who would really appreciate an integration for blogging.

I’d like to add my vote too please. It would be great to be able to publish some posts using a tag or similar, while keeping others private!

A good idea would indeed be to be able to publish Day One posts on WordPress, but also to Tumblr (which is also part of Automattic) 😉
