I’m thinking about trying out Day One and I was looking thru your privacy policy but I couldn’t find any information about where my data will be stored. Can you provide information about which cloud storage provider is being used and which country my data will be stored? Thank you!

We use AWS with servers in the United States. Hope that helps.
