Printing journal

I’m trying to order a printed journal but the app is not working. The final order screen is blank and won’t let me place the order. It gives an error message. I have the most updated version of the app.

Hi, @fr5vzwbbqb! What’s the error message you’re seeing? If you can share a screenshot of it here, that would be much appreciated.
In the meantime, please see if switching your device to a different WiFi network or even mobile data makes a difference.
