Printing error

I ordered and received a printed book of my journal however, only the cover, title page and map page printed. The rest of the book is completely blank. There were meant to be 35 journal entries and 485 photos. How do I proceed in order to resolve this error?

Hello. I printed my book back in June. Everything printed but the last month. I have reached out for help 5 times and haven’t received anything. I have been so devoted to this site and have loved it up to now. I just need help fixing the error. My husband finally found this spot and I’m hoping that I can finally get the assistance that I have been hoping for for the past 7 months.

Sorry you’re running into this. A few things to try:
- Update the app – Make sure you’re on the latest version of Day One, as several book printing fixes have been released recently.
- Try a different date range or journal – This can help narrow down whether the issue is specific to certain entries.
- Force close and reopen – Close Day One completely, reopen it, and try previewing the book again.
