Premium user not getting access to customer support

i am a premium user but the app doesn’t give me access to customer support. Please help. My journal entries disappeared on my iPad and the app won’t download on my iPhone at all. Please help. How do I contact customer support?????

- When did you first download Day One?
- Without sharing account details here, did you sign in to a Day One Sync account in the app settings previously?
- When was the last time you saw the entries?
- Has anything happened to the device or to Day One since then?
