Premium Trial + Sync

I got the Day One premium trial on my iPhone and tried to sync it with my Mac, but it’s not working.

When I hit the sync now button on my Mac, it says “Error There was an error retrieving your encryption key.”

Without sharing the key with us, is the encryption key present on any device in the following places?
- iOS: Day One > Settings > Sync > Encryption Key
- Mac: Day One > Settings > Sync > Advanced > View Encryption Key
- Android: Day One > Settings > Sync > Encryption Key
If the key is present, please try the following:
