Premium Support Instructions appear to be incorrect

Maybe I’m not getting it — the instructions for Premium support are:
To access Premium support, go to Day One on iOS/Android > Settings > Support > Contact Support to start an email with the default mail client.
When I follow that navigation in the iOS app, it takes me back to the very same webpage with the very same instructions.
How do I email support?

This is the correct way to email support.
Clicking on “contact support” will aggregate necessary infos from your account and open your default email client with support email added and infos as an attachment. -
Hello @jonesdjd4ce4e7c6d Do you have the Mail app set up? If not, that is likely why you are being routed to the webpage. Currently, contacting support in the iOS app opens the iOS Mail app.

I have the same problem. I choose not to use the Apple Mail app, but my preferred mail app is configured as the default for email. I am a premium user, how do I actually contact support?
-
Hi @nkopnkpnkp currently the Mail app is the best option. Otherwise, you’ll need to email
(email visible only to moderators and staff)using the email address associated with your Premium account. -
How are we supposed to see the email address if it’s hidden? Also, what happened to chat support? I’ve sent two emails to what I think is the correct address but still no reply.
Support used to be stellar. What happened?

Hi @bryanjzimmerman. The email is the previous reply in this thread. Are you able to see the email address in the reply above ((email visible only to moderators and staff))?
I was not able to locate an email coming from the address associated with your WordPress account. Please be sure to contact support from the app in Settings > Support. If you have Premium, be sure to email us from the address associated with your Premium account.
