Premium support doesn’t exist

I’ve emailed multiple times about an account issue and the only response I’ve had is from automated bots. There is no one out there answering support emails even for paid users. This doesn’t give a lot of confidence in this app

Hello! Thanks so much for your feedback. We are experimenting with automation to get users the help they need as quickly as possible. There is a disclaimer at the end of the automated response stating that if the issue is not resolved, you can reply and a Happiness Engineer will respond as soon as possible.
