  Hello, I tried to follow the advice on how to access premium support

  To access Premium support, go to Day One on iOS/Android > Settings > Support > Contact Support to start an email with the default mail client.

  But am just going around in loops. Can’t find an email address to use.

  Hi! Users that email (email visible only to moderators and staff) from the email associated with their Premium account will be routed to a Happiness Engineer. If the email is not associated with a Premium account, you may receive an automated reply. Try replying to the automated response and someone will be in touch as quickly as possible.
