Premium not syncing

Hi there,
I purchased premium on one of my devices, but when I log in on my other devices my account shows as basic. I’ve double-checked that the account ID is the same. I also recently upgraded to a new iphone and I’m no longer able to use the premium features. How can i activate my premium subscription on all of my devices?
Device: iPhone (iOS), iPad (iOS)

- Please sign out of Day One Sync on all devices and back in using the steps in this help article: https://dayoneapp.com/guides/sign-in-sign-out-with-day-one-sync/

Let us know if that helps get your Premium account status on all devices.

I’ve tried the suggested steps, but now all of my devices show my account as Basic. I previously purchased Premium as a one-time payment and have been using Premium features since July this year. I’m also confused because my Premium plan used to be a one-off purchase, but now it appears as a yearly subscription.

We haven’t offered a once-off option for many years now. It was just our legacy Plus plan around 2016 that had this option. More information on it here: https://dayoneapp.com/guides/premium-subscription/day-one-pricing-features-guide/
