Premium not activated on my account – its been 8 hrs+ since I paid for annual

Paid on web browser through stripe, confirmed it’s the same apple private relay email ID as I use on my Day One apps.
No premium subscription. Yes – I have tried restore purchase from advanced settings, and through the “premium upsell popup” – doesn’t work.
Also sent email to support but got automated replies back twice. Not sure what to do :(

@staff-reid- I did, didn’t help. I was signed in on Mac and iPhone. Now my iPhone doesn’t show me my journals, it thinks they are open on my Mac. But I deleted and re-installed Mac app, signed out. And that didn’t help.

@staff-reid I am so lost….please help me. Or should I request refund? it has been quite frustrating experience.
I used hide my email, but also noticed I have parent email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) registered with Day One as well (not the one I used last though). My stripe receipt email was delivered to this address. However, I remember I signed in with Apple to avail 40% discount which means my tied email to Day One’s 40% discount is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Both emails are not premium.
I tried adding password for (email visible only to moderators and staff). Also didn’t work.
What’s wrong??

Bumping this up..bc I’m just so frustrated. :(
My journal entries are all about how my journal isn’t premium after 2 weeks of payment. Apple’s IAP takes 30%, so this time I didn’t go with that, and instead paid you on your platform through stripe. At least the customer support is solid through IAP, and I can request refund ASAP. I feel so stuck right now…..!
