Please I need help.

After a crash with DayOne desktop on my iMac running MacOS 10.15.7 (Catalina) DayOne won’t boot anymore. It asks for the password, but stays on the beach ball. I’ve already rebooted, and even shut down the Mac with no success. What I can do?

Can I have you verify what version of Day One you have installed on your Mac? https://dayoneapp.com/guides/settings/locating-the-version-number-of-day-one
The current version is 2023.11, which was released earlier this week. Please make sure you have the most current version installed on your Mac. -

yes, i have that version installed.
Finally, due to the delay in the response to my request for help, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the application, and now everything seems to work fine.
