I’m super upset bc I’ve lost LOTS of content. I’ve had the app since 2013 and all of a sudden months and years have randomly disappeared. I can’t get anyone from customer support to email me back. Please help!

I am desperately trying to contact someone at the support team. I’ve lost years of memories. Every time I click “contact support” they take me to this forum. I can’t actually get anyway to contact a human. I even called Apple and they are shocked there is not support team. I got a Ai generated email where the “employee” name was actually Little Wayne. Absolutely absurd. Is this whole company run by robots?! Is there a way to speak to a human. Can anyone help me??
