Plan active devices

I’m a premium customer and when I try to use the icon at the top for quick entries on my new Macbook it says “Your current plan only allows for one active device…” Any thoughts? Thanks

Hi, @sbrodsky026d65baac! If you have Premium, you should definitely be able to use Day One with one account on multiple devices. So, can you please follow the steps here to restore your purchase?

You can follow the same guide for your particular issue. You’ll want to follow the steps for the platform/device where you originally made your purchase. So, for example, if you subscribed to Premium on iOS, please follow the iOS section. If you subscribed on Mac, please follow the Mac section.
