Photo showing up in the wrong journal’s Calendar view

    I have uploaded a photo to journal “A” and I can see it in the journal’s Calendar view (little square). However, I’m also seeing this picture on journal’s “B”‘s Calendar view! I don’t see this photo on journal “C”, so I’m not sure what’s going on, but this is happening with more than one photo.

    This is quite bad as I wasn’t expecting media from one to journal to leak over to a different journal.

    How can troubleshoot this? Is this a known bug/issue?

    I’m using iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 17.2.1, DO version 2024.1.1 (2461)

    Can someone please help me troubleshoot this issue?

    It’s happening in a couple of journals where I can see on their calendar view a little picture from other journals! It seems like a calendar view “refresh” issue or something like that, but it’s really annoying. I don’t want to see a picture of my workout summary in my family journal calendar view – it just doesn’t make sense and I feel less trust in this app as a result.

    Has anyone had a similar experience and can guide me on how this could be resolved? Thanks!

    I managed to troubleshoot this issue.

    It seems like this bug occurs when going into ONE journal’s calendar view and then immediately going into ANOTHER journal’s calendar view. In some situations (not every time and not with every journal) it will show little pictures from the FIRST journal in the SECOND journal calendar view. This is clearly a refresh bug of some sort.

    I’m wondering though – is anyone from Day One even going through these bug reports, or am I typing this for other members in this community? How can I report this bug to Day One?

    Sent an email to DO support last week. Their Bot’s auto response was of no help. Waiting for an official response from someone.

    I’m in my Premium trial period, and it’s quite disturbing that they say they usually respond back within 24 business hours, yet no word from their support as of yet.
