Phone restored multiples times and unable to sync data for 30 days

Hi there,
I was wondering if someone can help me as I had needed to restore my phone several times today and I had moved my data back to the same phone and had signed in to make sure I could access the data but unfortunately now I am not able to move it back again to sync as I have to wait 30 days. Is someone able to assist me with this without having to pay for the premium? There was a software problem in my phone and I was told by Apple to restore it without transferring all my apps over, but I did not know I wouldn’t be able to move this data back onto the same phone again. Can someone please assist me with this as I use your app everyday and am very sad that I may have to wait 30 very long days to get everything back!!
