PDFs without pictures – strange JSON export picture mapping?

I tried to export a Journal to PDF and noticed that only newer pictures seem to be included. I added a new test entry with pictures and this was then exported with all pictures. After searching this forum i tried a JSON ZIP file export. When looking into the export it seems that Day One is matching the photos by including a “![](dayone-moment:// SOME_ID)” in the “text” entry. Then in the “photos” segment this SOME_ID is the content of the field “identifier” and the foto would be found via the field “md5”, whereas the photos in the subfolder photos are also named after the “md5” value. For the new generated entry this fits, but for the older ones (something about 2017 and earlier) the values in the field “md5” do not match any file names in the “photos” folder. And exactly these fotos seem to not show up in the PDF export.

Is there maybe a way to reindex the fotos for the export? Currently i can see the entries with all pictures in the Apps (IOS and macOS) but i seem to not be able to export them.
