Paying member for 10 years, unable to reach customer service

Howdy all, hoping I can get support here!
Joined Day One (premium) nearly a decade ago. Signed up on my iphone using the Day one app. I log in using a passcode. Now I want to use the browser version on my laptop (PC). When on the iphone app I click “Contact Support” but it only takes me to the resources page. I’m unable to explain my dilemma…While in the app, I see no place to put my email in, nor a place to create a password. I tried doing “forgot my password” on the browser version and no recovery email was sent to me.
My concern is I set this up on my phone forever ago and am now incapable of using the browser version. Please help!!! Thank you all!

Do you have the default Apple Mail app set up? This is necessary for contacting support in the app on iPhone.
Without sharing your user ID with us here, do you see a user ID in the app settings? https://dayoneapp.com/guides/settings/day-one-user-id
If not, you may not be signed in to an account yet. Are you able to sign in to https://dayone.me/login with the option to Sign in with Apple? If so, can you click Report an issue at the top left once signed in?
