Pasting HTML Page into DayOne Mac App

I discovered that Dayone has an online web portal so I was able to copy a webpage with information and links into DayOne and all the links stayed. Is there a way to do that with the DayOne app for iOS or Mac without having to open up the web portal version? I have to copy and paste encryption key, etc etc and while not convenient if that is what I need to do that is fine. Just wanted to see if the option was available.

Hi there! Day One on Mac has a custom editor currently that does not support pasting HTML and maintaining the links/formatting. It is an issue on our list to investigate. We do not have an ETA for when this will be addressed. The web app would be the best place to do this at the moment.
