Pass code Invalid

I have premium and I had been using face id to log into my account through my phone. I decided to instead go with a 4 digit pass code. So I disabled face id. Now I can’t log in using my pass code. The pass code never worked. I’m able to log into the web version because it asks for an actual password. When I’m in the web version I can not change the bio metrics. So I’m basically logged out of the cel version. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you

The passcode and biometrics to lock the app on iOS, Android, and Mac are separate from your Day One account password.
