To receive someone else’s private entries not only violates their privacy but also shakes my confidence in your platform’s ability to safeguard sensitive information.
I expect immediate action to address this issue. Specifically:
1. A clear explanation of how this mistake occurred.
2. Assurance that this breach has been investigated and steps are being taken to prevent it from happening again.
3. A reprinted book with the correct content delivered as soon as possible.
4. Compensation for this unacceptable error and the distress caused.
Please understand the gravity of this situation. I look forward to your prompt response with a resolution. If I do not receive a satisfactory reply within a reasonable timeframe, I may need to escalate this matter further.
