On this day … locations

Sometime in the past month or so with the new arrangement of On This Day, the list of locations has disappeared. I know where the new On This Day is (not that I like it), but I don’t see this functionality at all. I realize that it was only on the phone (iPhone, iOS 18.4.1) and not on the desktop (MacOS 15.4.1), but now it’s seemingly gone from the phone too.
Is it really gone, or has my cheese just been moved?

On the “Today” view, it used to be that tapping on any individual location under the “Places” view would show the option to create an entry from that location, or to do a “Day Summary”, which would create an entry from all the locations. I believe you’re talking about that day summary options–is that correct?
If so, that “Day Summary” option has been removed from the menu that appears when you tap on any individual location, but it is still available if you tap on the map above them, or on the “Places” label itself.
So we didn’t remove the functionality, we just moved it.
