  Hi,

  despite enabling notifications in the app settings and on my device, I am not receiving any notifications as expected. My notifications are enabled in app settings as well as in android settings.

  Hello @ykg6fycm,

  Could we have you try to disable this notification and then enable them again?

  If you create a timed notification, does it come through so you are alerted?
