Nothing is linked to my user ID

I started using the Day One app several years ago, but not regularly (I only have a handful of entries across 6 years). I’ve been thinking about using it more regularly, especially with the web app version, and getting the premium version if the habit sticks… but I have a few problems:
- I don’t have any password or email/account linked to my Day One User ID.
- I tried to link my Apple ID, but I got an error. I also ended up creating a separate account with my Apple ID (different Day One User ID).
- I couldn’t find how to access your email support. Tried to test out stuff, deleted the new account, restored it, received an error, and now I don’t think I can access it.
- I wanted to the my premium free trial, to see if I can fix it. BUT my Apple ID is attached to my family’s payment method. I want to pay for it separately. I restored the account to see if there were other payment options for premium via web, but ended up not being able to access it as mentioned in point 3.
My request for support: Can I get help with linking an email and password to my orphan Day One User ID? Can I opt for a different payment method than through my Apple account?
