Note body jumps around

I keep a daily page and I log/append to it throughout the day on iPad Pro & Macbook Pro . When I tab away from the app and come back to it the screen often scrolls or jumps and I find that I have to scroll back up to see my log.
I would like the app to stay put and not jump around or move from where I have left it. It should never scroll, move or refresh from where I am. It is possible to do, if you use have ever used Evernote they will sync updates, etc and the note body never moves. I prefer DayOne for logging, but this is an annoying behavior.

I’ve tried to reproduce this behavior on my own iPhone and MacBook Pro, but I haven’t been able to replicate it.
To help us investigate this further, could you please provide the following information:
- What versions of the Day One app are you currently using on your iPad Pro and MacBook Pro?
- What version of macOS is your MacBook Pro running?
- What version of iPadOS is your iPad Pro running?

- I believe I have the same issue / request. When I open my app I just would like to keep on writing from the same point where I left off. I was not able to find a setting that keeps me on the same entry. Is there a way to fix the opening to the last entry?
