Not Syncing with phone account on computer

I have used Day One on my phone for almost a year now, and just recently realized (since I don’t have a Mac) that I can still access Day One via the web browser on my HP at dayone.me. I tried to sign in with my Apple ID (that was also linked to my Phone’s account), but it isn’t syncing my previous entries I made on my phone, with the ones on my computer. I am also a Premium Member, and it isn’t syncing my membership on the desktop web version.

It sounds like there may be two different accounts.
