Not loading since last weeks update

my app icon has been stuck in update mode since the last version update. I cannot open it. I’ve prioritized the update and removed the icon from my screen and tried opening from the Apple App Store. Neither changed anything. It’s not opening on my phone.

App Store downloads getting stuck is an App Store issue. We’ve heard a few users of our app and other apps are experiencing this.

This was not a download. It was an automatic update instigated by your most recent version release. My app never updated fully – it stayed in update mode for a week – so I removed the icon from my screen. That just made it hard to access, so I tried to re-install from the App Store and It still won’t load. That’s where I’m at.
I have an account. I’ve used it for a couple years. It became inaccessible with the latest update. I’m not sure what to do now. My access is completely blocked. -
I have tried all the fixes except changing my server. All my other apps are updating and opening just fine.
this isn’t slow. It’s frozen. I can open other apps from My Apps list, but nothing happens when I hit the open button for Day One. No response at all. That was what happened for over a week with the icon. I working from an iPhone 14 with tons of storage.
who do I talk to? -
Hi @laraewilson. May we have you try restarting your device and then long-press on Day One and choose “Prioritize Download”?
