Not able to print PDF

I usually use the web app, and wanted to download my shared journal as a PDF. I was only able to export in json format. So I went to the Mac app to be able to download it in PDF. I agreed to switch my usage to that app, but it does not show my shared journal there even after syncing. I then tried the Android app, which did show the shared journal but was not synced with the latest entries. When I tried to sync, I got booted out.
I understand that with the free plan, I can only use one platform, but that platform is not working. Now I have no options to print a PDF. How can I proceed? Thanks!

If you log in to DayOne.me do you see there journal entries that are caught in an impossible place?
