No AppleID configured

    I am a new user who signed on for the free trial of Premium. I cannot login, sync, reset my password or create a new account. I keep getting the error code “Cannot login. No AppleID configured” whenever I try to login with AppleID. When I try to login with email, it says invalid email/password combination. When I try to reset my password, I never receive the email to reset it. When I try to create new account, I never receive the email they say is going to be sent to me to do that either. I’m stuck. Tried contacting support but they say they only support premium customers, which apparently I am not even though I got a message saying I had been upgraded to premium when I signed on for free trial. I have already tried deleting and reinstalling app, rebooting iPhone. Anyone have another ideas or have seen this before. Very frustrating.

    Exactly the same happening to me – terrible start to the whole experience. All I get is Robot replies even though credit card receipt shows I am premium.

    will delete the whole thing soon as its just terrible support

  • Hello to both of you @lncstaci and @0x124gm, that definitely shouldn’t be happening, and we’re very sorry you’re running into this, both the login problem and the difficulty getting in touch with support.

    Please write an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) directly, preferably using the same email address attached the Apple ID you used to sign in, if possible, and we’ll work with you to solve the problems.
