The newest version that loaded on my ipad seems worse than the old version. Where did “Today” go? It seems cluttered and not easy to see all entries nicely displayed like the previous version. This is a big step backwards.

Thanks for your feedback. We understand that interface changes can take some time to get used to, and can seem jarring at first.
For now, the previous Today view can now be accessed by tapping any date in the Calendar View within a journal. As we continue refining the More tab and introducing even more ways to streamline your journaling, we’ll be introducing new widgets for your Places and Calendar Events.
