New computer, having trouble getting DayOne to sync with my journals

I’ve just installed Day One on a new computer. I’ve been using Day One for a few years now, and have lots of entries. But the desktop app hasn’t downloaded these entries, though I am logged in. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
