Momentary, “Pink Background”, in Journal Entry, While Typing in iPad?…

Topic pretty much says it all.
I’ll be typing in a new Journal entry on my iPad (using a Bluetooth iPad Case from Apple), and the background will go Pink for short periods of time, than then go back to a white background. The only thing that I can think of is that it is telling me that it is synching with iCloud, but there is not indication of this.
So, can anybody confirm why the background of journal entries sometimes go pink while I”m typing them?
Also, I’ve noticed that if I try to create a “Bullet List”, by typing an asterisk, and then hitting the space bar (which automatically changes the asterisk to a blue bullet point, or at least should), that sometimes when I press the spacebar to get the asterisk indented and turned into a blue bullet point, instead of that happening, the pressing of the spacebar blurs out the journal I’m working on I, an takes me over into the Journals sidebar…..
Thoughts?….

I’ve not seen this pink background or the bullet point on my end. Are you able to get a screen recording of it and share it directly with us?
