- Be sure to sign in to your Day One Premium account in the app: https://dayoneapp.com/guides/troubleshooting/sign-in-sign-out-with-day-one-syncf
- Go to Settings > Text Messaging > tap to Add Phone Number > and send the text as-is to set up the feature. https://dayoneapp.com/guides/tips-and-tutorials/text-messaging-to-day-one/
If that is still not working, please note that Premium subscribers have access to priority email support. You can contact support by going to Settings > Support > Contact Support. This will open the default email app to contact support.
