Membership Direct Debit went to old account

Hi Everyone,
My Day One membership direct debit was set to an account that I no longer use as my main account and as such the direct debit bounced. I went to renew manually and saw that the fee went from £25 in my direct debit to £33 on the website.
Is there any way I can be put onto the membership price for auto-renewal instead of the new price as I’m a long time customer and can’t afford the price hike at the moment.
I’ve tried emailing but it said to post on here instead.
