media download is too slow

    I use Day One to manage all my memorable photos, but when I try to look back at memories with features like “On This Day,” the media download speed is so slow that I often give up. I was excited to reminisce about these precious memories, but it ends up being quite disappointing.

    I understand that server costs can be high, so I’d be willing to pay for an “Ultimate Plan” above the Premium Plan if it could provide faster download speeds.

    This is actually a serious issue for me. Recently, I set up a NAS and was amazed by its speed, so I might even consider moving all my journals to a different app if this doesn’t improve.

    It seems there might be some unintended behavior occurring. I use Day One daily, and all my life logs are stored there, so I would be very grateful if we can find a solution to this issue.

    If it’s better to contact support directly, I’d appreciate it if you could let me know the contact method and what information I should provide.

    • Device: iPhone 12 mini (MGE23ZA/A)

    • OS: 18.1.1

    • Day One: 2024.23 (2552)
