‘Match any’ tag selection on export does not work

Using Settings > Import/Export to create a PDF does not allow or-ing of tags to select entries.
If I go into ‘Only Include Tags’ and select multiple tags then two options appear at the top of the list, ‘Match all’ and ‘Match any’. Selecting ‘Match any’ has no effect, clicking on Done behaves as for ‘Match all’ and when I go back into the tag selection list ‘Match any’ has been deselected and ‘Match all’ reselected by the app.
There is a rather long winded workaround for this involving selecting the articles by tag in the timeline view, but that involves selecting multiple tags for filtering which cannot be done in one go, as each tag is selected Day One goes back to the timeline view and to select another tag you need to go through the filter process again.

I’ve tried this on both iPad and iPhone, both at the latest versions of Day One and iPadOS/iOS, with the same result.
