Lost progress

I was editing an entry on my phone. I made sure it was synced, closed it, then went home and finished on my computer. Then I opened it again on my phone (Android) and it reverted to what I’d done on the phone. Now no matter where I look — phone, computer, whatever — it’s back at the old version with a significant amount of work lost. How do I get it back? Don’t tell me about the app version history, clearly that’s irrelevant here. Are my entries truly synced or not? If not, what am I paying for?

why is that irrelevant? If the entry synced on the computer, it should be in the version history.
or do you mean you already checked there?

Hi @lilbrownbat – When you finished the entry on your computer was that using the MacOS app or the web app? It sounds like the work you did on your computer may not have synced before you opened the entry again on your phone.
