Lost journals

    I am posting here solely for the purpose of contacting the DayOne Team. I have had a premium membership on my iPhone for 3 or more years now. My iPhone unexpectedly quit working completely. Upon login to a different iPhone I was unable to see any of my 5 journals. I also attempted logging in to my husbands Samsung phone with no success on seeing the journals. I have lost all my pictures because of the phone and now I seem unable to retrieve the only memory preservation possible with the journals. That has been troubling in itself but the difficulty in contacting the support team has only added to it. I attempted to send an email through the app from my husbands phone but the reply said support was only for premium members, which I am. And there are no other options for contacting anyone. So, I post this in hopes that it will be seen and someone can help me.

  • Since you have Day One Premium, you should be able to access your journals from any device. Can you try logging in to the web app at https://dayone.me/ to see if your journals are there?
