Lost all my diary

  I started using Day one on April 4, 2023, when I was going to write down today’s events, I find that my entire diary is lost except for the first 12 days. How can this happen, how do I restore the text and images?

  Thanks for reaching out! This definitely doesn’t seem right. Because your account here is associated with Apple’s Private Relay, so we cannot find a Day One account with that email address.

  Could you please try contacting support through the Day One App?

  Day One > Settings > Support > Contact Support
