Lost access to my Premium Account

So I’ve paid for and been using Premium for a while and have just realised I’ve not been syncing my device. I selected sync and it asked me to login. I don’t remember creating a login can’t remember a password so I tried password reset. Nothing, no email. So I created an account with my email address which worked fine but now I’ve lost Premium and am back to Basic and just one journal. I tried logging in with my google account. No joy, still Basic. Logged off, still Basic. Where’s my premium account gone? I’m still paying for it but can’t use it. And where have my other journals gone?

Update: I’ve got a new phone and installed Day One. Bingo, I’ve got Premium again. And I can restore my Journals from JSON backups I’ve made on my old phone. Now, how do I Sync without loosing Premium?
