LLMs just aren’t good enough yet

    Look, I know AI is all the rage, but it’s just not good enough. It’s also feels bad, and makes what should be a very human-centered brand feel gross and corporate. Even just 1 extra step of having to reply to get to a human is too much. Bloom Built used to be a brand I felt good about. Then they sold out and now we have AI chatbots that literally never answer my questions correctly. Please get back to your roots and humanize your brand again.
